HOW

TIER 1: STRATEGY

What's the big idea?

We conduct in-depth feasibility studies for new projects and social impact audits of existing philanthropic programs in need of fresh inspiration. This may include concept refinement, research, and recommendations for development of potential projects. Within this scope, we can also map a cause or issue - major trends, social context, policy landscape and an overview of other key projects, funders, publications and influencers in the field.

TIER 2: PEOPLE

How do we get there?

We bring our diverse cross-sector interdisciplinary social and professional networks in business, philanthropy, arts, academia and media for targeted, results-oriented brainstorming sessions to move great ideas forward. While shaping a project, we can design anything from a one-on-one meeting to a focus group to a salon that brings together thinkers, influencers and doers.

TIER 3: PRODUCTION

Let's do this...

We are available to oversee production for some projects. At this level of engagement, we manage relationships between our clients and various stakeholders, and can also curate special experts and design creatives from our network to bring a vision to fruition.
